Brian Dallas was a four-year starter for Shippensburg at shortstop. He was a first team All-PSAC Eastern Division Player and Rookie of the Year in 1993.

He also earned All-PSAC East first team honors in 1995 and 1996. He was All-ECAC for two seasons and All-Region for two seasons. He was a team captain for three seasons and an integral team leader during his tenure. He helped Shippensburg win the PSAC title and the North Atlantic Regional championship in 1996. The team had a 22-21-1 record in 1993, 30-15-1 in 1994, 33-17-1 in 1995 and 34-19-1 in 1996. In four years the team compiled a record of 119-72-4, a winning percentage of .621.

At the time of his graduation, Dallas held the team career record for games played with 188, base hits with 235, doubles with 47, and total bases with 337. He was also ranked second in runs scored with 173 and RBIs with 134, and fourth in walks with 99. In the field he held the career record for assists with 356.

He hit at least .346 and stole at least 13 bases in all four of his seasons at Shippensburg. As a junior in 1995, Dallas batted a career-high .396 with 10 home runs and 44 RBIs while stealing 19 bases and scoring 51 runs. During his senior season, Dallas stole a remarkable 37 bases while adding five home runs and 37 RBIs. He also had solid discipline at the plate, drawing 100 walks at the plate while striking out just 90 times in 638 career at-bats.

Dallas also held the top two single season marks for assists with 142 in 1996 and 138 in 1995 and the seventh highest with 116 in 1994. He had the second highest total for doubles in a single season with 18 in 1993.

He still ranks among the top-five for numerous school records, including doubles, hits, games, runs, RBIs, walks and total bases.
