The Shippensburg University Department of Athletics unites with its student-athletes, coaches, staff, and faculty of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and contributions to uphold the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating and sustaining an anti-biased and anti-racist environment in athletics and in our broader communities.

As a representative of SU athletics, I pledge to be a champion of character that succeeds on and off the field of competition. I believe that communities excel to their fullest potential when unified together as one. As a member of the Raider community, I will embrace others unique diversity and support an environment of inclusion. I accept the responsibility to promote change and support and sustain accountability for myself, teammates, coaches and the Raider community. I hereby pledge for unity and respect, encouraging inclusivity, equity and equality for all while condemning any form of discrimination.
