The Shippensburg University men's soccer team scored three goals in a span of 1:25 on Friday, including two in 17 seconds, during the second half of a 6-0 victory over Pitt-Johnstown in PSAC competition from the UPJ Soccer Field.

Derek Adams at the 67:12, 68:20 and 68:37 marks, respectively, of the second half to take a 5-0 lead.
The stretch of goals, per NCAA record books, is the second-fastest span of three-consecutive goals in Division II history. The 17 seconds between goals by Garcia and Adams marks the fastest back-to-back goals in the modern history of SU men's soccer.
The Raiders led 2-0 at halftime after sophomore
Colin McConnell scored his first goal of the season in the ninth minute and Roy scored his first goal of the match in the 20th minute.
Freshman
Kyle Parkinson capped off the scoring in the 86th minute with his first collegiate goal.
Senior goalkeeper
Vinnie D'Innocenzo recorded a shutout in his first start for the Raiders.
Among the many Raiders who contributed assists were senior

Pitt-Johnstown (1-15-0, 0-10-0 PSAC) was unable to register a shot on goal, as SU led in shots 33-4 and corner kicks, 10-3.
SU concludes its regular season at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Seton Hill. The Raiders enter Saturday as one of four teams with 12 points, one behind Gannon for the sixth and final league playoff spot.
Notes: Last season, SU recorded consecutive 6-0 victories over Bloomsburg (Oct. 19) and UPJ (Oct. 25)…along with the result of today's contest, those wins were the largest margin of victory over a PSAC opponent since a 7-0 triumph over Kutztown on Oct. 1, 2007.
