The Shippensburg University women's swimming team completed the fourth and final day of the 2026 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships on Saturday in 10th place as competition wrapped up at the Graham Aquatic Center in York.
 
Olivia Carver, Alyssa Brown and Olivia Sitkowski all made it count in the "mile." Carver finished ninth in the 1,650-yard freestyle with a time of 17:50.02 to achieve her second straight Top 10 finish in the event.
 
Swimming the mile one last time in their collegiate career, Brown and Sitkowski made it 3-for-3 this week with new personal bests. Brown finished as a scorer in the event – her PR of 18:49.25 resulted in 22nd place – while Sitkowski touched the wall in 18:55.06.
 
Ann Secord delivered another personal best, qualifying for the pre-consolation 'C' final of the 200-yard backstroke by swimming 2:12.18 in prelims. Secord placed 22nd overall with a time of 2:13.72 in the finals.
 
Charlee Shaw was a scorer in the 200-yard breaststroke, placing 23rd with a time of 2:31.26. Shaw qualified on the strength of a 2:29.18 swim during prelims. Izzy Ketterer (2:33.38) and Michelle Kubiak (2:33.46) recorded new personal bests in the event.
 
The meet concluded with Secord, Ella Nick, Kubiak and Carver completing the 400-yard freestyle relay in ninth place. The time was 3:36.92. Secord led off with a split of 56.17 seconds.
 
Prior to the beginning of the evening finals sessions, the senior swimmers were recognized from each team. SU's contingent includes Brown, Carol Fabian, Hannah Hudson, Jenna Ober and Sitkowski.
