2024-25 (Sophomore): Represented the Raiders in four individual events at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Swimming Championships…swam a career best in the 100-yard backstroke (1:02.88) at the conference meet…also produced season bests in the 200-yard backstroke (2:13.95) and 400-yard IM (5:04.43)…recorded a season best time in the 200-yard IM (2:18.95) at the F&M Invitational…ranked in the top-five among Raiders in both backstroke events.

2023-24 (Freshman): Represented the Raiders in four individual events at the PSAC Championships… recorded a season best in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:01.01…also competed in the 200-yard backstroke, the 200-yard IM, and the 400-yard IM… swam a personal best in the 100-yard breaststroke in a time of 1:12.93 at the Gettysburg Invitational… ranked in the top five in both backstroke events among Raiders.

Hempfield High School: Swims at the varsity level for the Black Knights under head coach Casey Lear…competes at the club level for Lancaster YMCA Lightning under coach Gwyn Atkinson…is a three-time PIAA District 3 Championships qualifier…earned a bronze medal in the 100-yard backstroke at the Lancaster-Lebanon (LL) League Championships as a junior…maintains superior honors with a 3.83 GPA.
 
About Schweigert: Full name is Caroline Elena Schweigert…is the daughter of Keith Schweigert and Mary Beth Budnyk…has a sibling, Wilson…her aunt, Emily Budnyk-Putt '00 is a six-time All-American in cross country and track & field and a member of the SU Athletics Hall of fame…grandparents Peter '71 and Carolyn '72 Budnyk are SU graduates...majoring in chemistry with a forensics concentration while minoring in criminal justice...member of the Wood Honor College.
