2024-25 (Freshman): Represented the Raiders in four events at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships (100-yard breaststroke, 200-yard breaststroke, 100-yard butterfly, 200-yard IM)…garnered a new career best in the 200 breast (2:38.49) and a season best in the 100 fly (1:04.65) at the conference meet…achieved career bests in the 50 free (26.10) and 100 free (57.19) at the Gettysburg Invitational…ranked second on the team in the 50-yard breaststroke, recording a season-best time of 32.65 against Kutztown…ranked third on the team in the 50-yard butterfly (28.41).
 
Blue Mountain High School: Totaled four varsity letters for the Eagles under head coach Pete Sarnes…a four-time state and district qualifier…a four-time All-Area performer…placed 11th at states in the 100-yard breaststroke…a part of three state medal-winning relays during her sophomore and junior seasons…Distinguished Honor Roll student…maintained a 4.1 GPA…treasurer of the National Honor Society…English and Math Honor Society.
 
About Bensinger: Full name is Paige C. Bensinger…is the daughter of Wayne and Gheng Bensinger…has two brothers, Mitchell and Morgan…family member Ciara Mateyak graduated from Shippensburg in 2015...majoring in mechanical engineering...is a member of the Wood Honors College.
