Box Score The Shippensburg University tennis team fell to the Frostburg State Bobcats in its final team dual match of the fall non-championship season Saturday on the road, 7-0.
 
The Raiders (1-5) fared best in doubles competition, where the No. 1 pairing of sophomore Corinne Markovich and freshman Brinley Orris took three games in a 6-3 defeat to Frostburg (2-0) duo Lorena Pintar and Julia Ramos.
 
Freshman Ali Zapach later took two games from Pintar in No. 2 singles.
 
Junior Brooklynn Rupert, Orris, senior Brighid Cantwell and junior Kendall Winters won a game apiece in singles play.  
 
Next up, the Raiders will compete in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Individual Championships at Bloomsburg next weekend.
