2024-25 (Junior): Took on the challenge of competing against the other team’s best player night-in and night-out as the Raider’s No. 1 singles competitor…took part in 20 singles matches and 18 doubles tilts…won two singles matches against PSAC opponents…won a three-set marathon against Lock Haven (Apr. 13)…outlasted PSAC East opponent Shepherd in three sets (Apr. 15)…split time at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles…won three matches at No. 2 doubles…helped SHIP tennis to eight overall match victories, its most in a single season in 24 years (15 in 2000-01).
 
2023-24 (Sophomore): Competed in 19 singles matches exclusively at No. 1 singles for the Raiders…totaled three victories…participated in 16 doubles matches, primarily as part of the team’s No. 1 pairing…recorded three doubles wins…swept victories in both singles and doubles competition against PSAC Eastern Division foe East Stroudsburg.
 
2022-23 (Freshman): Competed in seven singles matches and nine doubles matches for the Raiders during her debut season...was the team’s primary No. 1 singles player during the spring season and was in the team’s No. 1 doubles pairing throughout both fall and spring seasons...won one doubles match, a conference win against East Stroudsburg.
 
Central Cambria High School: Totaled four varsity letters for the Red Devils under coaches Kimberly Cavalier and Tanya Ratchford…is a two-time District 6 Class 6A doubles champion as a junior and senior…was a District 6 Class 2A singles runner-up as a senior…helped the Red Devils win District 6 Class 2A championship as a sophomore…named to the All-Conference team as a senior…also played basketball and track & field…graduated with a 3.9 GPA…was a member of the honor roll as a junior and senior.
 
About Markovich: Full name is Corinne Adele Markovich…is the daughter of Arlen and Stephanie Markovich…majoring in management with a human resource management concentration…has a sister, Coleena.
