The Shippensburg University women's tennis team returned to action Monday with a non-conference match at Bryn Mawr, and the host Owls came away with a 7-2 victory over the Raiders.
 
Senior Kaylin Gallagher won five games at No. 1 singles in a competitive match with Amalia Parrish. Gallagher won four games in the first set.
 
Senior Victoria Galanti won four games at No. 4 singles, including three in her first set. Freshman Aubrey Carlin won a game in her match at No. 5 singles.
 
At No. 1 doubles, Gallagher teamed with freshman Mary Kate Mullarkey to win one game. Freshman Kayla Tryanski teamed with Galanti for two wins at No. 2 doubles.
 
Shippensburg earned its two points by claiming forfeits at No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles.
