The NCAA Division II Program of the Year awards are presented annually to the most outstanding men's and women's cross country/track & field program. The awards honor the institution that achieves the most success in each academic year (spanning the cross country, indoor track & field, and outdoor track & field seasons) based on its finish at the NCAA Division II Championships.
The Jerry Baltes Women's Program of the Year Award is named after current Grand Valley State coach Jerry Baltes.
