The Shippensburg University women's cross country placed seventh at the 2025 NCAA Atlantic Region Championships Saturday morning in 6K competition at the West Branch Course hosted by Lock Haven.
Shippensburg saw six of the team's seven competing runners earn new PRs in the 6K race, while all seven runners wrapped up the 2025 season with brand new season-best times.
Freshman
Mya Trotty impressed in her regional debut, earning All-Region classification with an 11th place overall finish. Shippensburg's No. 1 runner crossed the finish line with a new personal best 6K time of 21:54.2.
Sophomore
Victoria Bartholomew finished just three places short of All-Region classification and improved 30 places from a season ago, coming in at 28th place overall with a personal best time of 22:19.8.
The Raider's No. 3 runner was senior
Livi Rieck. Rieck, a seasoned veteran of the regional championships, scored the third top 40 finish of her career with a season-best mark of 22:28.7.
A total of four Raider runners made their regional debut Saturday. In addition to Trotty, sophomore
Brooke Miller debuted in 73rd place with 6K PR of 23:12.5. Sophomore
Caleigh Vincent rounded out SU's scoring runners with a tie for 80th place, crossing the finish line in a career-best 23:26.3.
