Sophomore middle blockers Samantha Webber and Kendall Johnson each slammed five kills, while junior Katie Lemheney had four kills and hit .250.

Freshman Emily Hangen had 32 assists and nine digs. Sophomore libero Megan Forstburg paced the squad with 15 digs. Junior Bridget Terrel had eight digs off the bench, while freshman Megan McDonald had seven digs.

SU used an 11-2 run in the opening set to build an insurmountable 21-9 advantage. The Raiders trailed 16-15 in the second set before closing the frame on a 10-3 run. In the final set, another 10-3 run transformed an 11-10 score into a 21-13 lead that the Raiders would preserve to the finish.

Shippensburg returns to conference play at 7 p.m. Friday when it hosts Clarion from Heiges Field House.
