2017 (Freshman): Contributed as a valuable service specialist and reserve in her debut season…tied for fifth on the team with 14 service aces…served at least one ace in nine matches, including multiple aces in seven contests…registered single-match best three aces against Clarion…tallied 35 digs, including multiple digs in seven matches…achieved a single-match best of seven digs against Goldey-Beacom and West Virginia State…recorded all seven of her kills and five of her six assists for the season against Cheyney.
 
Middleburg Academy: Earned four varsity letters for the Dragons under head coach Maureen DiClementi…won two state championships… named First Team All-State in 2015 and 2016…named All-Met Honorable Mention in 2016 and 2017…also played basketball.

About McDonald: Full name is Meagan Shawn McDonald…is the daughter of Orrin and Beverley McDonald…majoring in exploratory studies…has two sisters, Sydney and Cassie.
