The Shippensburg University baseball team traveled east on Tuesday and posted a 15-0 victory over the University of the Sciences on a sunny Tuesday afternoon, as five Raiders combined to pitch a shutout. 

Freshman Michael Hope made the start and threw five innings for the win. Among the numerous offensive highlights included senior pitcher Thomas Swartz earning an at-bat and recording his first career hit.

Shippensburg will host No. 1 Millersville at 1 p.m. Friday from Fairchild Field.
