KUTZTOWN, Pa. — The Shippensburg University basketball teams are on the road Friday night to begin Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division play. The Raiders will face the Golden Bears, with the women's tip-off at 5:30 p.m. and the nationally-ranked men's squads to follow at 7:30 p.m.
