The Shippensburg University softball team dropped a pair of Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division games on Saturday afternoon, falling 6-0 and 7-2 at West Chester to split the season series.

Shippensburg (10-11, 5-9 PSAC East) had 15 hits on the day but left 17 runners on base between the two games. West Chester (26-10, 10-4) had 21 hits, including two home runs and seven extra-base hits on the day.

Taylor Pattillo was 4-for-6 on the day, including a 3-for-3 performance in the opener. Senior
Tyler Thompson had three hits and a stolen base, while freshman
Anna Warfield had an RBI-single and a walk in Game 2.

Makenzie Lynn worked 3.1 innings in relief.
