The Shippensburg University lacrosse began its Spring Break excursion Thursday in Colorado with an 18-11 loss to No. 15 Regis.

Sheila Johnson, who has a team-high nine goals through three games. Johnson also had two caused turnovers and two draw controls.

Amanda Frank continued her solid play with a hat trick, giving her eight goals through three games. Frank also had an assist, caused turnover and groundball.

Max Barkley continued her strong effort at center, overcoming a broken stick to grab seven of SU's 13 draw controls. She also scored a goal along with sophomore
Annemarie Cericola, sophomore
T.J. Johnson and freshman
Sarah McLeod. Cericola had two caused turnovers, and McLeod had two draw controls.

Ally Frymoyer made six saves and had three groundballs.
