Five different players scored at least one goal for the Shippensburg University lacrosse team Friday afternoon but the Raiders fell, 24-6, to No. 7 IUP from George P. Miller Stadium.

Sheila Johnson led the Raiders with two goals as junior
Garrie Grenfell and junior
Courtney Kennedy added one goal apiece.
Freshmen

Amanda Frank each netted their third goal of the season, while senior
Bennett Widlake and sophomore
Tanisha Joseph added an assist.
The Raiders (7-7, 4-5) dominated draw controls on the day, edging the Crimson Hawks (11-3, 9-1) by a 19-12 margin. Senior
Liz French recorded a game-high seven draw controls while senior
Amanda Krok added five. Entering the game, IUP ranked first in the PSAC in draw controls per game and SU ranked fourth.

Sarah Burkarth all had two groundball pick-ups apiece.

Ally Frymoyer recorded seven saves.
The Raiders travel to No. 8 Lock Haven Saturday to take on the Lady Eagles at 3 p.m. from Charlotte E. Smith Field.
