Before the game, the team will honor 11 senior players: James Brennan, Blair Brooks, Trevor Harman, Alex Kuljian, Tim Latham, Michael Lloyd, Doug Randall, Sam Roman, Brandon Robinson, Sean Sadosky and Brian Sourber.

Series History:
• Shippensburg holds a 47-17-2 lead in the series history. SU has won 12 of the last 15 meetings, including three straight with an average of 59 points per win.
• The Red Raiders hold an impeccable 29-3 home record in the all-time series and have not lost to Kutztown at Seth Grove Stadium since 1995 (nine consecutive wins).
• The two teams have met every year since 1984, with Shippensburg holding a 20-10 margin over that span.
• SU recently won eight straight from 1999-06 before KU took three in a four-year stretch from 2007-10.

About the Teams:
• The Red Raiders, picked No. 4 in the PSAC Eastern Division Preseason Coaches' Poll, went 7-4 last season but started this season 3-4. SU is trying to win its last two games to reach a 7-4 record this season. SU is looking to replicate its 2011 season, Maciejewski's first at SU, in which the team won its last four games to finish with a 7-4 record.
• The Golden Bears, picked fifth in the PSAC Eastern Division Preseason Coaches' Poll, currently sit third in the East and have signature wins this season over IUP (44-7) and East Stroudsburg (31-16). KU is second in the PSAC in total defense (sixth in rushing defense, fifth in passing defense).

Last Week:
• Shippensburg totaled 662 yards on offense to roll past PSAC East opponent Millersville, 60-16, on a frigid and windy night from Chryst Field at Biemesderfer Stadium. SU had seven different players scored touchdowns in the contest and had touchdowns on five consecutive possessions during the first half. The Raiders scored touchdowns on nine of its 14 drives in the game.
• Kutztown shut out Lock Haven, 19-0, at University Field at Andre Reed Stadium. The Golden Bears (5-4, 5-3 PSAC East) held their opponent to negative rushing yardage for the second consecutive week and allowed just 106 total yards. KU jumped out to a 17-0 lead early in the second quarter and trusted its defense to bring home the victory.

Notes (more to come during the week):
• Senior running back Blair Brooks was named the PSAC Eastern Division Offensive Player of the Week on Sunday afternoon after tying a career high for rushing yards and achieving multiple milestones with his performance against the Millersville Marauders.
• Brooks matched his single-game career high Saturday with 171 yards on 19 carries, scoring twice. He now has 2,507 career rushing yards, moving past Bill Pettyjohn '92 and Mike Frenette '12 to settle into second place all-time on SU's career rushing list.
• Brooks also reached 1,076 rushing yards for the season, making him just the fifth different running back in school history to surpass 1,000 rushing yards in a season and the first since current Green Bay Packer John Kuhn '04 in 2004.
• Shippensburg has rushed for at least 100 yards in its first nine games of a season for the first time since 2004. Its 2,306 rushing yards through nine games are the fourth-most in SU single-season history and just 326 rushing yards shy of SU's school record set in 2003.
• Defensively last week, SU had a season-high 12 tackles for loss and matched a season high five sacks. Senior linebacker James Brennan notched a career-high three sacks, including two in the first three plays of the game. Brennan nearly matched his career sacks total in one game, as he entered Saturday with 3.5 sacks through 44 games played.
