2021 (Junior): Made an immediate impact as a starting middle blocker in her second season as a Raider, appearing in all but two matches and making 27 starts in the middle…named to the All-PSAC Eastern Division Second Team…led the team with 73 blocks, including 18 solo, while ranking second in kills (265)…recorded at least one block in 25 matches, including multiple blocks in 19 matches and three or more blocks in 11 matches…produced a career high of eight blocks at Lock Haven…averaged 2.13 kills-per-set…registered multiple kills in 27 matches, including five or more kills on 24 occasions…tallied double-digit kills in 13 matches, including a career-high 19 kills against New Haven…swung .213 on the season, including a hitting efficiency of .571 against Queens (N.Y.)….finished with 42 digs on the year, including multiple digs in 10 matches, and a career high of six digs at Shepherd…ranked fifth on the team with 17 service aces, including a career high of four aces against Lock Haven…totaled five assists…was named PSAC Eastern Division Athlete of the Week on November 9.
 
2020 (Sophomore): No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
2019 (Freshman): Played in 10 matches and a total of 15 sets during her debut season…totaled 11 kills, six blocks and three digs…had at least one kill in six matches, including a season-high three kills against West Chester…contributed to at least one block in four matches, including a season-high three block assists against West Virginia Wesleyan…served an ace against Roberts Wesleyan.

Greencastle-Antrim High School: Totaled four varsity letters with the Blue Devils under head coach Corry Eagler…competed on the club circuit with Revolution under coach Dan Labonte…named to the All-Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches Association (PVCA) All-State ‘3A’ squad as a senior…also received All Mid-Penn Conference First Team and all-district honors in addition to a spot on PennLive’s All-Star Squad…led her team as a senior with 275 kills, 77 aces and 49 blocks…set a single-match school record with 24 kills…also competed in track & field.

About Verhoef: Full name is Rachel Anneke Verhoef...is the daughter of Jake and Lara Verhoef...majoring in computer science, concentrating in artificial intelligence, while seeking a minor in mathematics…has a sister, Lauren.
