2018 (Junior): Excelled as a middle blocker and hitter for the Raiders in her third season…posted new single-season career bests with 277 kills, 119 blocks and a .259 hitting percentage…started all 33 matches…led the team with a career-high 100 block assists, a total that ranks seventh all-time in single-season history…ranked eighth in the PSAC in blocks per set (1.01)…had at least one block in 30 matches, including three or more blocks in 24 matches and five or more blocks in 10 matches…achieved a season-best seven blocks (three solo, four assisted) against Edinboro…ripped at least three kills in every match, including double-digit kills in 14 matches…clubbed a season-high 13 kills against both Bellarmine and West Virginia State…compiled a hitting percentage of .300 or better in 14 matches, including .400 or better in eight matches…produced hitting efficiencies of .533 (8-0-15) against Cal U, .500 (11-2-18) against Kutztown and .471 (10-2-17) against Bloomsburg…totaled 27 digs.
 
2017 (Sophomore): Maintained her role as a valuable middle in her second season…appeared in all but one match and made 30 starts…led the team with 86 blocks, including 16 solo, while ranking third in kills (259)…had at least one block in 28 matches, including multiple blocks in 21 matches, and three or more blocks on 14 occasions…produced five or more blocks on five occasions, including a single-match career best of eight blocks against Gannon…averaged 2.29 kills-per-set…finished with at least one kill in every appearance, including five or more kills on 26 occasions and double-digit kills in 11 matches…slammed a single-match best of 14 kills in three contests…swung .236 for the season, including efficiencies of .591 (13-0-22) against Mercyhurst and .462 (14-2-26) against Charleston…tallied 25 digs on the year, including a single-match best of five digs against Charleston.
 
2016 (Freshman): Made an immediate impact as a middle blocker, appearing in all but one match and making 32 starts in the middle…finished second on the team with 87 blocks, including 22 solo, while ranking fourth in kills (228)…recorded at least one block in 28 matches, including multiple blocks in 24 matches and three or more blocks in 16 matches…produced a single-match best of five blocks on eight occasions, including six times against conference opponents…averaged 2.13 kills-per-set…registered multiple kills in 31 matches, including five or more kills on 25 occasions...tallied double-digit kills in six matches, including a season-high 14 kills against UPJ…swung .243 on the season, including efficiencies of .600 (14-2-20) against UPJ, and .500 (9-0-18) against Dominican…finished with 27 digs on the year, including multiple digs in eight matches.
 
James River High School: Thrived in the middle for the Rapids under head coach Joe Sullivan…earned All-Region Second Team honors as a junior and a senior, serving as a co-captain in her final prep campaign...finished as a three-time All-Conference First Team and All-District First Team player, receiving the recognition from her sophomore through senior seasons…received her high school’s Rapids award as a junior and Team MVP honors as a senior…registered more than 200 kills as a senior and finished with more than 850 in her four-year varsity career…graduated in the Top 20 percent of her class with a 3.9 un-weighted GPA as a student in leadership and international relations.

About Johnson: Full name is Kendall Collin Johnson…is the daughter of Derrick and Felicia Johnson…majoring in biology, concentrating in pre-med while seeking a minor in biochemistry...has a sister, Makenzy…father is now a high school football coach after playing collegiately at Kent State.
