2022 (Junior): Appeared in 28-of-30 matches during her third season on the floor, making 15 starts…ranked fifth on the team with 111 kills, including five or more kills in 13 matches, double-digit kills in two matches, and a season-high 12 kills against Fayetteville State… finished third on the team with 65 total blocks, including multiple blocks in 15 matches, five or more blocks in five matches, and a season-high nine blocks against Fayetteville State…totaled 28 digs and four assists… recognized with a spot on the 2022 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District ® Team…played in 87 sets.
 
2021 (Sophomore): Appeared in 22 matches in her second season as a Raider, functioning primarily as a right side…made her first collegiate start against Bloomsburg…totaled 53 kills and 23 blocks…had at least three or more kills in 10 matches…posted a career-high five blocks against Queens (NY)…totaled nine digs and two assists.
 
2020 (Sophomore): No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
2019 (Freshman): Appeared in 14 matches during her debut season, functioning primarily as a right side…totaled 24 kills, 12 blocks and a .139 hitting percentage…had at least one kill in six matches, including a season-high six kills without an error against both Roberts Wesleyan and Walsh…posted five kills and a season-high four block assists in the season opener against Chestnut Hill…hit a season-high 545 against Roberts Wesleyan…contributed to at least one block in seven matches…finished with eight digs and one assist.

Richland High School: Earned four varsity letters for the Rams under coaches Lori Beard, Doug Johnson and Donny Civis…played on the club circuit for Ridgetop Storm under coach David Livingston…named to the District 6 All-Star Second Team as a senior after earning District 6 All-Star honorable mention as a junior…selected to the Greater Johnstown All-Star Team…totaled more than 350 kills over her final two seasons…was a member of the National Honor Society.

About Townsend: Full name is Kaitlyn Olivia Townsend...is the daughter of David and Lee Ann Livingston…majoring in criminal justice while seeking a minor in sociology.
