2009 (Sophomore): Redshirt season.

2008 (Freshman): Williams competed for the Choctaws of Mississippi College and appeared in five matches and nine total sets. She registered 15 digs and six kills along with one solo block in her time on the court.

Slidell High School: Williams earned four letters and was a senior captain as an outside hitter and a setter for the Tigers under head coach Nancy Plaisane. She competed for the Volleyball Institute of America club team in Louisiana under coaches Becky Madden and Danny Tullis. She received all-district accolades in each of her final three seasons and was named a team most valuable player as well as a two-time best offensive player. Williams also competed in basketball, track and field and softball. She graduated as an LHSAA Academic All-State volleyball player and a National Youth Leadership honor student.

Personal: Erica Lynn Williams is the daughter of Wynn Williams. She is majoring in pre-law with a minor in international studies.
