About Deemer: Earned four varsity letters in swimming for the Golden Tornado under head coach Dave Bocci…thrived in butterfly and freestyle events, including qualifying for the PIAA State Championships in the 100-yard butterfly as a senior with a PR of 51.80 seconds…named Team MVP as a sophomore and as a senior...graduated as a member of the National Honor Society with a 4.31 GPA…also participated in track & field…competed in club swimming with Lake Erie Silver Dolphins under Bocci…also posted PRs of 48.34 seconds in the 100-yard freestyle and 1:58.72 in the 200-yard butterfly.
About Deemer: Full name is Joseph Guy Deemer…is the son of Robert and Kelly Deemer…majoring in marketing…has three brothers: Ryan, Alex and Sam.
