2018-19 (Junior): Maintained his status as one of the best distance freestyle swimmers in the conference with four ‘A’ finals appearances at the PSAC Championships in individual events…posted All-PSAC finishes in the 1,000 freestyle (2nd), 500 freestyle (3rd) and 1,650 freestyle (3rd) while taking eighth in the 200-yard freestyle…contributed to all three of SU’s scoring freestyle relays at the conference meet…served as the team’s pacesetter in the four-longest freestyle events while also ranking among the Top 5 swimmers on the squad in the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle…achieved his season bests in all four “distance” swims at the conference championships…named the PSAC Swimmer of the Week on February 5 after a strong weekend at the Bison Invitational that included a personal best in the 50-yard freestyle.
 
2017-18 (Sophomore): Completed an explosive sophomore season for the Raiders, placing in all four of his individual events at the PSAC Championships and earning three All-PSAC award winning times…finished second at the conference meet in the 500 and 1,000-yard freestyle in addition to third in the 1,650 freestyle and eighth in the 200 freestyle, qualifying for the ‘A’ final in all four of his individual events…posted a 13-second improvement to his previous PR in the 1000 free, earning the third-fastest time at SU… swam two additional SU top ten times in the 500-yard freestyle (9th), and the 200-yard freestyle (10th) at the PSAC Championships…achieved personal bests in seven of the eight events in which he competed… served as the team’s pacesetter in the 200 free, 500 free, 1000 free, and the 1650 free…contributed to three scoring relays at the PSAC Championships…contributed to a season best with the 200-yard medley relay at the Bomber Invitational.
 
2016-17 (Freshman): Put forth a dynamic debut season for the Raiders, scoring in all four of his individual events at the PSAC Championships and contributing to three scoring relays…entered the record books in two events, posting the seventh-fastest SU time in the mile and 10th-fastest time in the 500-yard freestyle…finished fourth in the 1,650-yard freestyle, ninth in the 1,000-yard freestyle and seventh in the 500-yard freestyle after qualifying for the ‘A’ finals of the latter at the PSAC Championships…qualified for the ‘B’ finals of 200-yard freestyle…recorded his season bests in the 1,000 and 1,650-yard freestyle at the PSAC Championships and his season bests in the 200 and 500-yard freestyle at the Patriot Invitational…contributed to three PSAC place-winning relays, including a fifth-place finish with the 200-yard freestyle relay.
 
Wissahickon High School: Amassed four varsity letters with the Trojans and coach Bart Schneider…received All-Suburban One League (SOL) First Team honors as a junior and senior…qualified individually for the PIAA Championships as a senior in the 500 freestyle, placing 13th…competed at the PIAA Championships as a junior on the 200 freestyle relay…also earned four varsity letters playing water polo…competed at the club level with WCAC Swimming and was coached by his brother Greg Beyer…was a four-year honor roll student. 
 
About Beyer: 
Full name is Jeffrey James Beyer…is the son of Jim and Sharon Beyer…majoring in computer science while seeking a minor in mathematics...has a brother, Greg, and a sister, Kirsten…late grandfather Jim Lovell attended Shippensburg on the GI Bill after his service in World War II.
