About Langan: Totaled three varsity letters for the Gaels, thriving in sprint and mid-distance freestyle swimming under coach Pat Underwood…recognized as Team MVP as a junior and senior…named to the honor roll in 15 of his 16 quarters in high school…competed at the club level with Retriever Aquatic Club under coach Elyse Gibson Clegg…also played water polo…posted PRs of 22.12 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle, 48.60 seconds in the 100-yard freestyle, 1:45.28 in the 200-yard freestyle, 4:51.71 in the 500-yard freestyle, and 4:22.88 in the 400-yard individual medley.
