SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Shippensburg University senior libero Shay Kolivoski was named the season's inaugural Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Volleyball Eastern Division Defensive Athlete of the Week on Monday afternoon by the league office.
 
Kolivoski was named the "Libero of the Tournament" at the 2026 Tony Banner Memorial Classic hosted by Clarion after totaling 68 digs, 26 assists, and serving six aces.
 
She posted double-digit digs in all four matches, including a season-high 22 digs in a sweep against Franklin Pierce.

Kolivoski's passing was noteworthy in the team's four-set victory over West Virginia Wesleyan as she posted 19 digs and 10 assists. This was her 83rd career match and the second time that she recorded a "double-double" with double-digit digs and assists from the libero position.
 
It is the eighth weekly award of Kolivoski's career, and she becomes the first Raider to earn PSAC East Defensive Athlete of the Week since her previous selection on Nov. 3, 2025.
