Game 1: WCU 5, SHIP 3

In the bottom of the fourth inning, West Chester increased the lead to 5-1. After a double with one out, the Golden Rams took advantage of a SU error to score a run. With two runners on base, a single scored a pair of runs. Hayward escaped the inning with a pair of strikeouts.

In the top of the fifth, Gianna Cimino and Leah Schwalm reached base on Golden Ram errors Reagan Bauman delivered an RBI single to make it 5-2.

Sabocsik hit a leadoff double in the top of the sixth and Emilee Sullivan drew a walk. An RBI single from Haser cut the Raider deficit to two, 5-3.

The Raiders attempted a comeback in the seventh inning, with a leadoff single from Schwalm. Bauman got on base on a fielder's choice, followed by a walk from Brie Wilmot. With the tying run on first and the go-ahead run at the plate, West Chester recorded back-to-back outs to end the game.
