The Shippensburg University lacrosse team could not contain Shepherd in the second half as it fell, 16-6, in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division matchup Tuesday evening.

Shippensburg (1-6, 0-3 PSAC East) hung with Shepherd (5-4, 1-2) in the first two quarters, only trailing by three heading into halftime. In the final stretch, the Raiders had no answer for the Rams' momentum.Â
