The Shippensburg University lacrosse team had two of its seniors reach milestones on Saturday but the Raiders came up short at Bloomsburg, losing 19-7 to the Huskies in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division match on a windy afternoon at Steph Pettit Stadium.

Jena MacDonald became the school career record holder for assists, reaching 96 for her career with an assist on SU's first goal. Later in the game, senior
Hannah Seifried became the 16th Raider to score 100 career goals.

Bloomsburg (10-4, 6-3) had a four-goal run in the first quarter and went on a 5-0 scoring run in the second quarter to take a 12-3 lead at the half. The Raiders outshot the Huskies in the third quarter but could not find the back of the net in the fourth quarter.

Seifried recorded her tenth hat trick of the season, added three draw controls and a career high of seven groundballs. Sophomore
Bailey Krahl recorded her third career hat trick and had an assist. Senior
McKenna Keller had a career high of seven draw controls. MacDonald finished with two assists and two caused turnovers.

Kayla Vosburg made five saves in the first half while senior
KiKi Brasher had four saves in the second half.

Shippensburg will travel to Kutztown for a divisional clash on Saturday at 1 p.m.
