West Chester (9-2, 2-2) came out strong in the third quarter and scored 10 minutes into the second half. A goal from Paige Wolfe tied the game.
The Raiders and Golden Rams were back and forth in the second half, with West Chester outshooting the Raiders 8-7. The Raiders had a chance to re-take the lead with less than four minutes left off a penalty corner, but a shot from senior
Merel Hoekstra hit the post.
With 1:02 left, Jedeloo intercepted a Golden Ram defender to give a pass to sophomore

Lindsay Tripodo had a season-high eight saves, with seven of the saves coming in the second half. West Chester outshot Shippensburg 9-7, but the Raiders had a 10-8 penalty corner advantage.
Today's win marks the fifth consecutive win over West Chester which is SU's longest winning streak against the Golden Rams.
Shippensburg will travel to Frostburg State for a non-conference matchup at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
