The Shippensburg University women's tennis team came up short in its season finale Tuesday, dropping a 7-0 decision to host Millersville in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division matchup at the McComsey Courts.

Shippensburg (1-4, 1-4 PSAC East) managed just two points in doubles against Millersville (6-1, 6-1), with the team of
Jenna Sluymer and freshman
Merel Hoekstra claiming two games in their match at No. 2 doubles.

In singles, Sluymer won four games at No. 2. Freshman
Skylar Walder claimed three games at No. 1 singles, and
Sahar Islam won three games at No. 5 singles.

The Marauders will be the No. 2 seed in the upcoming league tournament.
