SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Shippensburg University women's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision to visiting No. 23 Millersville on Saturday afternoon in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division matchup from David See Field.
Shippensburg (3-3-0, 1-3-0 PSAC East) managed four shots on goal and one corner kick against Millersville (5-0-0, 3-0-0). The Marauders, who have not allowed a goal yet this season, struck first in the 10th minute and added a pair of goals in the second half en route to the win.

Delaney Shifflett once again had another strong game in goal, recording 11 saves (eight in the first half). It is the second-straight game Shifflett has recorded double-digit saves, and the ninth time she has achieved the feat in her career.
Shippensburg hits the road Wednesday to face Shepherd.
