The Shippensburg University baseball team was held off the scoreboard Thursday in a pair of Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division games at Lock Haven, falling to the Bald Eagles by scores of 4-0 and 6-0 in games played at Foundation Field.
Shippensburg (14-22, 6-12 PSAC East) out-hit Lock Haven (17-15-1, 10-8) by a 7-5 margin in Game 1 but was unable to plate a run. The Raiders were limited to just three hits in Game 2.

Zack Sims threw an 86-pitch complete game in the opener, allowing just five hits and two walks in his six innings of work along, with a couple of his runs allowed being unearned. Senior

Tommy Baggett had two hits in Game 1, including a double. Sophomore
Logan Williamson also hit a double. Senior
Ty Painter had three hits on the day, including a 2-for-3 performance in Game 1.
