SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Shippensburg University men's soccer team dropped a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) home matchup against Mercyhurst on Saturday afternoon, 4-0, from David See Field.
Shippensburg's (6-8-2, 4-6 PSAC) loss to Mercyhurst (11-4, 7-2) eliminates the Raiders from PSAC playoff contention. With one league match remaining, SU is three points behind Seton Hill, and the Griffins hold a head-to-head tiebreaker over the Raiders.

Matt Harder made eight saves for the Raiders in the loss in his return to action. Junior
Cole Kropnick led the Raiders offensively, registering three shots.
Shippensburg will conclude its regular season at 1 p.m. Saturday when it hosts Slippery Rock for Senior Day.
