SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. — The Shippensburg University basketball teams return home Wednesday night for a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division doubleheader versus longtime rival West Chester. The women's tip-off is at 6 p.m. with the men to follow at 8 p.m.
