SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Shippensburg University lacrosse team will hold its annual "Stick it to Cancer" game at 3 p.m. on Saturday versus No. 7 Mercyhurst at Robb Sports Complex.

A limited number of SU's "Stick it to Cancer" t-shirts will be available for sale.

Donations are encouraged and will be collected, with the proceeds being split 50-50 between Susan G. Komen and the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC).  

This event continues a long-standing tradition of SU Lacrosse raising money toward cancer research. Two years ago, the team raised funds in honor of Garrie Grenfell's mother, Betsy Lee, who passed away from cancer.

The team will once again wear special shirts during pre-game.
