SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Shippensburg University tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to West Chester on Monday afternoon in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division matchup at the Robb Sports Complex Tennis Courts.
Senior
Julia Saintz and junior
Brittnee Buckley earned a point at No. 1 doubles and each individually took a point in their respective singles matches.
Junior
Emily Cox and sophomore
Emilie Luttman won three games at No. 2 doubles and also individually took a point in their respective singles matches.
At No. 5 singles, freshman
Christine Devine won four games in the opening set against Alyssa Rees.
SU travels this Saturday to Bloomsburg for PSAC East matches with East Stroudsburg and the host Huskies.
