SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Shippensburg University women's volleyball team and head coach Leanne Piscotty are pleased to announce Military Appreciation Night during the Raiders' PSAC home opener on Sept. 25 vs. Millersville from Heiges Field House.

Members of the Shippensburg University ROTC will represent the color guard and serve as ball shaggers during the 7 p.m. match. Donations will be accepted for the Wounded Warrior Project, which provides programs and services to severely injured service members during the time between active duty and transition to civilian life.

The nonprofit organization's mission is to "honor and empower wounded warriors" of the United States Armed Forces.
