SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Shippensburg head women's soccer coach
Rob Fulton has confirmed the recruitment of 10 new student-athletes that have each agreed to attend the university and will suit up for the Lady Raider program when preseason camp gets underway in August.
“I am very excited to announce the 2011 recruiting class of future Lady Raiders which I am confident will help in continuing to build on last year's success,” Fulton said. “The overall class is a very athletic, deep, and talented group of players. The class includes players with great speed but who are also very physical players which will benefit us and be a nice complement to our current roster.”
The current members of the SU women's soccer squad are currently competing in their non-championship season.
“I am eagerly looking forward to getting going in August and can see scenarios where many new players in the program can contribute right away,” Fulton said.
