EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. – The Shippensburg University women's soccer team was unable to capitalize on its 14 shot attempts Tuesday night from Eiler-Martin Stadium in dropping a 1-0 decision at East Stroudsburg. It was SU's sixth loss of the season by a 1-0 margin.
With just under eight minutes remaining in the first half, the Raiders (5-8-3, 3-7-2 PSAC) gave up the game-winner when an ESU (6-8-1, 3-8-1) shot deflected off a defender and into the goal.

Molly Sanders each recorded three shots.
SU plays its final home game of the season at 7 p.m. Saturday versus West Chester. The team will be holding its Senior Day ceremonies before the contest at David See Field.
