FAIRMONT, W.Va. - Sophomore
Eric Naylor posted a PSAC qualifying time in the 200-yard butterfly (2:03.72) as the Shippensburg men's swimming team won five different event types to earns its second consecutive dual meet victory on Friday evening, 112-85 at Fairmont State.
Naylor teamed up with junior
Evan Manning, freshman
Jared Figueroa and junior
Shawn Robbins to win the 200-yard medley relay. Figueroa also teamed up with sophomore
Eddie LaNoue, freshman
Ryan Westley and senior
Tim Smullen to post the fastest time in the 200-yard freestyle relay.
Four other men posted victories in their respective events. Robbins won the 100-yard freestyle, junior
Mitch Paczesniak won the 200-yard individual medley, senior
Josh Nyce won the 200-yard backstroke and sophomore
Sean Minford won the 200-yard breaststroke.
Shippensburg's next dual meet is Saturday, November 6 at 1 p.m. from Donald N. Miller Pool inside Heiges Field House.
