Middletown Area High School:  Earned four letters for the Raiders under head coach Mike Nauman...earned both a district championship and a sectional championship in senior season…twice earned Big 14 honors…posted a 121-32 career record…was a two-time PIAA Class AAA state place winner (seventh in 2008 and fourth in 2011)…took seventh in Beast of the East in 2009 and took eighth in the same event in 2008…also competed for Team Griffin and Renegades on the club circuit…club coaches were Tony Griffin and Chris Bentley.

Personal:  Full name is Shane Samuel Miller…is the son of Jonathon and Jennifer Miller…majoring in criminal justice...has one brother, Brandon, who has wrestled at Shippensburg.
