Hermitage High School: Won a district championship and competed at the regional and state championships in Virginia.

Personal: Full name is John Kizer...is the son of Wade and Jane Kizer…plans for major are undeclared...has two brothers, Sam and Tom...brother Tom wrestled for Virginia Tech.
