2020-21 (R-Freshman): No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
2019-20 (Freshman): Redshirt season.
 
Chambersburg Area High School: Totaled four varsity letters for the Trojans under head coach Matt Mentzer…also competed at the club level with Yeti under Mentzer…qualified for the 2019 PIAA ‘AAA’ State Championships…finished as a three-time District 3 Championships medalist, including a fourth-place finish as a senior…posted four Top 4 finishes at sectionals…compiled a 99-59 career record, including at least 20 wins in all four of his seasons…was twice named to the All-Mid-Penn First Team and twice named to the All-Mid-Penn Second Team…contributed to a team that set a school record with a third-place team finish at the District 3 Championships and posted a 13-1 dual-meet record…recorded 16 pins…competed at 152 and 160 pounds.
 
About Runshaw: Full name is Seth Braden Runshaw…is the son of Chris and Alicia Runshaw…majoring in political science…has three siblings: Spencer, Colin and Sydney…brother Spencer is a former teammate.
