2008-09 (Junior): Won a national championship on the indoor DMR squad that set a national meet record…achieved All-American status for the second-consecutive year for the outdoor 4x400-meter relay squad…also earned a provisional qualifying mark during the indoor season for the 4x400-meter relay…placed four times at the PSAC meets and gutted out an eighth-place finish in the outdoor 400-meter run despite an injured ankle…set new school records for the indoor 4x400, DMR and outdoor 4x100.

2007-08 (Sophomore): Began her streak of four consecutive track seasons as an All-American with national performances during the indoor (DMR) and outdoor (4x400) campaigns…achieved a PSAC title with the 4x400-meter relay squad during the PSAC indoor meet and set a new school record in the process…contributed to a school record in the outdoor 4x400-meter relay as well.

2006-07 (Freshman): Wasted no time becoming an integral sprinter for Shippensburg in her first year with the program…finished the year as a six-time conference placewinner, including third-place finishes in the 4x100 and 4x400-meter relays during the outdoor season.

Personal: Full name is Shannon Marie Hare…is the daughter of James and Susan Hare…born on Feb. 17, 1988…majoring in psychology with a minor in English.
