2024 (Junior): Competed in seven meets…qualified for the PSAC Championships in the heptathlon, the 100-meter hurdles and the javelin…completed the heptathlon twice…competed in the 100-meter hurdles six times (season best of 15.32), the 200 three times (season best of 27.25), the 800 twice (PR of 2:34.68), the high jump four times (matched her PR of 4 feet, 11 ¾ inches (1.52 meters), the long jump four times (PR of 17 feet, 7 ½ inches (5.37 meters)), the shot three times (season best of 37 feet, 3 inches (11.35 meters)), and the javelin four times (season best of 123 feet, 2 inches (37.55 meters).

2023 (Sophomore): Competed in seven meets… qualified for the PSAC Championships in the pentathlon…completed the pentathlon twice (season best of 3,277 points)...competed in the 60-meter hurdles seven times when including prelims and finals (season best of 9.37), the 800 twice (season best of 2:42.23), the 200 once (season best of 28.49), the 55-meter hurdles once (season best of 9.02), the high jump three times (PR of 4 feet, 11 ¾ inches (1.52 meters)), the long jump five times (season best of 17 feet, 1 ¼ inches (5.21 meters)) and the shot five times (PR of 38 feet, 9 ¾ inches (11.83 meters)).
 
2022 (Freshman): Competed in seven meets…qualified for the PSAC Championships in the pentathlon…completed the pentathlon twice (season best of 3,111 points)...competed in the 60-meter hurdles six times (season best of 9.64), the 800 twice (season best of 2:45.68), the 500 once (season best of 1:29.28), the high jump four times (season best of 4 feet, 10 ½ inches (1.49 meters)), the long jump four times (season best of 17 feet, 4 ¾ inches (5.30 meters)) and the shot twice (season best of 36 feet, 4 ¾ inches (11.09 meters))…also contributed to a 4x4 relay during the regular season. 

Gymnasium Neckartenzlingen: Competed at the club level for TG Nuertingen under coach Mike Puggé…placed 2nd in the heptathlon during the 2020 Baden-Wurttemberg federal state championships…also placed 3rd in the javelin at the 2020 federal state championships…achieved a personal best in the heptathlon of 4,230 points.
 
About Puggé: Full name is Nicola Katharina Puggé…is the daughter of Mike and Petra Puggé…has a brother, Yannick...majoring in communication, journalism & media with a journalism concentration while seeking a minor in international studies.
