2011-12 (R-Junior): Finished a dynamic second season at Shippensburg as an All-American in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track, the only SU athlete to achieve this feat…earned indoor All-America honors in the DMR (sixth-place finish) and 5K (eighth-place finish)…named the 2012 PSAC Indoor Meet Most Valuable Track Athlete after winning conference championships in the mile, 3K and DMR…notched outdoor All-America honors in the 10K (seventh-place finish) and was a NCAA outdoor qualifier in the 5K…achieved All-PSAC honors after a second-place finish in the 1,500 meters and a third-place finish in the outdoor 3K…thrived in cross country, placing 10th at the 2011 NCAA D-II Cross Country Championships and earning All-PSAC and All-Region honors for the second straight year after finishing second in both races…credited with six USTFCCCA All-Region honors in track, including indoors in the mile, 5K and DMR and outdoors in the 1,500 meters, 5K and 10K.

2010-11 (R-Sophomore): Made an immediate impact with the Raiders in her first season…qualified for the NCAA outdoor championships in the 5K and the 10K, placing 9th and 13th respectively…achieved her 10K outdoor PR with a school record and NCAA provisional qualifier at the Penn Relays…established her 5K outdoor PR with a NCAA provisional qualifier at the Bison Outdoor Classic…placed third in the 3K with a PR and fourth in the 5K at the PSAC outdoor meet…crossed the line in seventh place in the 3K and 5K at the PSAC indoor meet…her 3K run at the PSAC Championships was an indoor PR…set an indoor PR in the mile at the Susquehanna Open.

2009-10 (Sophomore): Redshirt season.

2008-09 (Freshman): Ran the 3K at the Hampton Indoor Invitational, Mt Sac Relays and Fred Hardy Invitational among other events as a rookie with Richmond…also competed unattached at the 2009 USA Junior Cross Country Championships and finished 14th overall.

Voorhees High School: Accrued 11 varsity letters for the Vikings under coach Justina Cassavell…placed 10th at the 2008 N.J. Outdoor Track & Field Meet of Champions in the 3,200 with a time of 10:51.38 and won the 5K with a time of 18:08.39 in lapping the field at the Rowan University Invitational…took 16th in the 5K at the 2008 Nike Outdoor National Championships…earned third place in the two-mile at the 71st Eastern States Indoor Track & Field Championships held at the New York City Armory and eighth at the 2007 State Cross Country Meet of Champions with a time of 18:42.0 at Holmdel Park...her efforts helped her team qualify for the 2007 Nike Team Nationals in cross country…named the 2008 West Jersey Cross Country Runner of the Year and the 2007 Hunterdon Warren Scholar Athlete of the Year while earning Group III Star Ledger All-State honors in cross country in 2007 (First Team), 2006 (First Team), 2005 (Second Team) and 2004 (Second Team).

Personal: Full name is Katrina Arielle Spratford…is the daughter of Mark and Donna Spratford…majoring in exercise science…has a sister, Courtney, who ran track for one year at Shippensburg as a graduate student, and a brother, Shane, who attends Shippensburg.
