2012-13 (Junior): Posted two more PSAC place-winning performances in hurdles events during her third season with the Raiders…placed sixth in the 60-meter hurdles and eighth in the 100-meter hurdles...set her outdoor season best in the 100-meter hurdles at the Fred Hardy Invitational and her indoor season best in the 60-meter hurdles at the PSAC Championships.
2011-12 (Sophomore): Duplicated her feat as a PSAC Placewinner in the 60-meter hurdles indoors and the 100-meter hurdles outdoor in her second season with the Raiders…took fifth place indoors and sixth place outdoors…continued to improve in the 200 meters, setting an outdoor PR at Richmond…established a new non-wind aided PR in the 100-meter hurdles at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
2010-11 (Freshman): Performed well as a hurdler with the Raiders in her debut season at Shippensburg…placed seventh in the 60-meter high hurdles at the PSAC indoor meet and seventh in the 100-meter high hurdles at the PSAC outdoor meet…established her indoor and outdoor sprint hurdle PRs at respective PSAC Championships…achieved her indoor PR in the 200 meters at the Bucknell Heptagonal.
Chambersburg Area High School: Earned four varsity letters with the Trojans under coaches Alex Ramos and Josh Davis…set school records in the 55 and 100-meter high hurdles.
Personal: Full name is Daniesa Dawnelle Lyles…is the daughter of Willie and Lori Hampton…majoring in criminal justice.
