Shippensburg University Athletics

2024-25 (Freshman): Made an immediate impact for the Raiders in her debut season…competed in 19 singles matches, mostly at No. 3 singles…tied for second on the team with seven singles victories…won a marathon three set match that featured a 12-point and 15-point tiebreaker against D’Youville (Feb. 21)…sweep a PSAC East matchup against Shepherd (Apr. 15)…picked up six doubles victories while splitting time between No. 2 and No. 1 doubles competition…triumphed in back-to-back outings at No. 1 doubles against Shepherd (Apr. 15) and Bowie State (Apr. 21)…helped SHIP tennis to eight overall match victories, its most in a single season in 24 years (15 in 2000-01).
 
Manheim Township High School: Totaled four varsity letters for the Blue Streaks under head coach Carolyn Miller…helped the Blue Streaks reach states in all four years…a three-time Lancaster-Lebanon (LL) League Team Champion…one-time LL League doubles champ…finished top eight in state doubles and placed third in district doubles in final two seasons…a member of the honor roll.
 
About Miller: Full name is Jade Ashley Miller…is the daughter of Brett and Carolyn Miller…has a sister, Haley…father graduated from SHIP in 1992.
